Shipping

Items will be sent out in 1-5 business days. In most cases 1-2 days. Items that take longer to ship are more detailed and require longer preparation times.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact hello@thegeoproject.co for shipping address.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase receipt is required.

• We do not accept returns on final sale items, custom products, or gift cards.

Returns Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
• We are unable to refund the original shipping charges for packages returned to sender. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, we will issue a refund for the merchandise only, less any applicable return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
